As Partner and Head of Valuation & Advisory Services at Reliant Surveyors, she leads residential valuation assignments while championing quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with RICS Red Book and International Valuation Standards (IVS).

She possesses deep expertise in the UAE freehold and residential property markets and has personally inspected and valued more than 13,000 properties for national and international banks, financial institutions, investors, and government bodies. Her work spans villas, apartments, townhouses, residential buildings, off-plan developments, and specialized assets.
