A seasoned finance professional with over 23 years of industry experience, Nisarg brings deep expertise in advisory services, including debt raising, equity structuring, and M&A transactions. His vision behind Navifin Capital—to ensure that businesses never compromise on growth due to lack of capital—has been instrumental in building a strong and respected niche in the investment banking space.

Nisarg has successfully led multiple complex debt and equity transactions across emerging and frontier markets and is a well-regarded speaker at forums on Project Finance, Trade Finance, Venture Capital, leadership, and doing business in the GCC and Africa. He has addressed conferences across the UAE, India, Bangladesh, Oman, and Bahrain.

In addition, he serves in an Honorary role on the Strategic Advisory Board of the Department of Finance, College of Business Administration, Ajman University, UAE.
