As the Founder of Magna Tech, Danielle actively advocates for early adoption of smart tax technology—not only to ensure regulatory compliance, but also to help organisations build sustainable competitive advantage in a rapidly changing tax landscape.

Beyond her professional work, Danielle is a committed supporter of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), championing initiatives that encourage inclusive networks and equitable workplaces. His vision behind Navifin Capital—to ensure that businesses never compromise on growth due to lack of capital—has been instrumental in building a strong and respected niche in the investment banking space.

Nisarg has successfully led multiple complex debt and equity transactions across emerging and frontier markets and is a well-regarded speaker at forums on Project Finance, Trade Finance, Venture Capital, leadership, and doing business in the GCC and Africa. He has addressed conferences across the UAE, India, Bangladesh, Oman, and Bahrain.

Laxmi Narayana Kumar is a senior valuation professional and industry leader with over 35 years of experience in real estate valuation and project management across UAE and India. He is the CEO of DLS INC. Real Estate Valuation Services and is widely recognised for his expertise in valuation of real estate, plant & machinery, and complex assets.

A RICS and RERA Dubai Registered Valuer (5-Star & Gold Rated), Mr. Kumar has provided valuation services to leading banks, insurance companies, government authorities, and large private and family business groups. His professional work aligns with international standards including RICS, IVS, EVS, and IBBA.

He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, an MBA in International Business, and is a Chartered Engineer. He is a Fellow Member of reputed professional bodies including the Institution of Valuers (India) and the Institution of Engineers (India), and is a member of several global professional organisations.

Mr. Kumar has completed 20,000+ valuations in the UAE over the last five years and has been awarded multiple times by the Dubai Land Department as a 5-Star Rated Valuer (2021–2023), including a Gold Medal for the highest number of valuations.

With deep regulatory knowledge, strong ethical standards, and hands-on leadership, he continues to contribute meaningfully to the valuation and taxation ecosystem, supporting transparency, compliance, and professional excellence.

• She has extensive experience managing transfer pricing compliance, litigation, APAs, complex planning assignments (involving IP, financial transactions, business restructurings) for High profile MNCs. She also specializes in dealing with tax authorities on wide variety of transfer pricing issues including marketing intangibles, share valuation, risk adjustments, start-up losses, adoption of statistical techniques to address transfer pricing problems
