A RICS and RERA Dubai Registered Valuer (5-Star & Gold Rated), Mr. Kumar has provided valuation services to leading banks, insurance companies, government authorities, and large private and family business groups. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, an MBA in International Business, and is a Chartered Engineer.
